Virtual Transition for Your Organization
Are you having trouble trying to transition your org into a virtual space? Join us at our townhall to receive some information for this transition process as well as provide valuable information to your peers!
We'll review topics such as:
- Using Zoom to facilitate meetings/activities
- Tools & tips to keep your members engaged
- Tips for strategic planning for next year
- COVP and other resources you can utilize while working remotely
- Your questions!
I Love My Org: Collaborative Conversations | Officer Transition
At this session we will discuss best practices for transitioning your Executive Board team from one year to the next and you will hear from each other about your challenges and success with transitioning leadership.
Applications due: April 20th and May 20th
As an award recipient your campus organization will (1) receive $150 that will be deposited directly into your ASUCI club account; (2) your organization will be featured on the UCI Campus Organizations & Volunteer Programs Instagram and Facebook; and (3) will receive special recognition and a certificate at the annual Anteater Awards.
Virtual Celebration TBD
Anteater Awards is an annual tradition that honors Campus Organizations at UCI and their many achievements and accomplishments! The application process begins in Winter Quarter, and after applications are reviewed and judged, a winner is selected from each category and given a prestigious Anteater Award at the event. In addition to the ceremony, there is also a reception for all attendees which includes light refreshments, music, and a photo booth! This year will be our 40th Anteater Awards, and the theme is “An Enchanted Night”.
Nominations: Submit your nominations Wednesday, March 4 - Sunday, April 12 (extended). Check out our 3 different tabs that have descriptions for all of the awards you can apply for!
Award Prize: $100 will be given to each organization that wins* an award. The winning organizations of Most Outstanding Student Organization and Best New Student Organization will win $200. These funds will be directly deposited into the organization's ASUCI club account.
