Technical Help Request Form

Requesting technical help for your organization via email or form submission generates an OIT help ticket.  A Campus Organizations tech support member will typically follow-up during the next work shift.

EXAMPLE HELP REQUESTS

  • password reset / forgotten password
  • change email delivery point
  • request change of username/email address based on change of organziation name
