Where can I receive up to date information about any upcoming campus orgs fairs?
All RCO signers are added to our newsletter where we send updates every week on all of our programs/events which includes our fairs! We also post updates on our instagram page @ucicovp and on this website. Please see our Signature Events and corresponding quarters for the fairs.

Do I need to pay a registration fee to table at a campus orgs fair?
There are no registration fees for involvement fairs for the 24-25 academic year. Your RCO Registration Fee includes involvement fair fees.
Where can I register my organization to table at one of the campus orgs fairs?
Once we open registration for one of our campus organizations fair, you can find the registration form on campusgroups.uci.edu. You will also find it on the corresponding pages for each fair on this website under Signature Events and Programs and by Quarter (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
Can I rent a canopy and weights from your office?
No, our office does not have any canopies or weights that are available to rent.
Do I have to bring my own chairs and tables?
Our office will provide each organization with two chairs and a table. Additional tables and chairs are not approved. Please do not bring your own table and chairs.
My organization is not registered yet, how can I make sure we get approved to participate in a fair?
Please reach out to our office for any questions on your registration status either through email (campusorgs@uci.edu) or through phone number (949)824-5181. Know that space is limited for each involvement fair.
Can my organization set up at any table?
No, each organization has their own assigned table. You can find your assigned area on the program that we send out before the fair.
Can my organization sell food at the fair?
No food or merchandise sales are allowed at any of our fairs.
