Once Upon a Time AT AIF 2023
The Anteater Involvement Fair serves as a place where new and current UCI students can learn more about the vast variety of campus organizations, what they do and how they can become involved. This event showcases the variety of campus organizations and is a prime recruitment event!
If you are looking for ways to get involved, meet new friends, and learn more about UCI’s campus spirit, then attending the Anteater Involvement Fair is a great place to start! You will walk away from this event with more ways to become involved at UCI than you could have imagined.
We’re geared up to kick off the Welcome Week festivities, in person. The Anteater Involvement Fair will host a variety of registered campus organizations (RCOs) and UCI departments. Participating groups will be able to booth in person, recruit members, and promote events. Each campus organization that has completed all Campus Organization Registration requirements and has been approved/recognized will have the eligibility to register for an in-person booth! Booth space includes 1 10×10 space, (1) table, and (2) chairs.

Registered Campus Organizations
- AIF Registration: July 6 – August 25*
- Only campus organizations that have successfully registered for the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible for tabling at AIF.
- After recognition, organizations may register to request a booth at this link.
- To complete booth registration, organizations must submit a $12 fee.
- Space is limited due to capacity in Aldrich Park. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee your organization a booth space. For any questions or concerns, please email covp-programs@uci.edu.
- *IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
- RCO Registration Requirements MUST be completed by August 18, 2023, in order to be recognized in time to register for AIF.
- August 18, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST for booth requests including:
- Booths with freestanding structure displays (i.e., letters or a photo booth) and/or interactive activities.
- After this deadline, booth requests with the elements listed above will not be considered.
- FINAL AIF Deadline for ALL Booth Requests: August 25, 2023, at 11:59 PM PST.
- AIF Booth Request Payment Deadline: August 28, 2023, 11:59 PM PST.
- Note: Booths are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Note: This form is for UCI departments & department programs ONLY. A UCI staff/faculty member must fill out this form – we will not accept submissions made by students or student staff. Space is limited for campus departments. Submission for a booth request does not guarantee a spot for AIF.
