Join us in Aldrich Park for the Campus Orgs Fair at Celebrate UCI on Saturday, April 19, 2025! Enjoy a fun-filled festival in the heart of campus, meet current and new students, take a campus tour, and get to know your new home.

Celebrate UCI, hosted by UCI Office of Undergraduate Admissions, is the annual Spring Open House that brings over 12,000 attendees which include prospective and incoming students and their families who want to discover what UCI has to offer! This event serves as a place for the campus to showcase what it has to offer inside and outside of the classroom. Beyond activities, departments, and welcoming ceremonies, we invite campus organizations to come and show off what makes UCI great outside of the classroom! Practice your elevator pitches for future recruitment events, share your mission to inspire students, and show off what makes UCI so special!

Registered Campus Organizations

RCO REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

  • February 19, 2025, at 11:59PM PST for ALL booth requests, including:
    • Booths with interactive activities.
    • Booths with freestanding temporary structures.
  • Note: There is limited space at the fair. Booths are given on a first come, first serve basis; submission of a registration form does not guarantee a booth space for your org. Submit only ONE booth request per RCO. The person submitting the form will be the point of contact for all correspondence about Celebrate UCI.

Booth Details & Eligibility:

  1. Your organization must be a Registered Campus Organization (RCO) in the 2024-2025 academic year in order for you to request a booth. 
  2. Your RCO Registration Fee includes involvement fair fees. No booth registration fee is required for this fair! 
  3. RCOs will be assigned a table at the fair. Each campus organization is placed with other organizations under the same category (ex. all community service organizations will be placed in the same general area).
  4. All fundraising and food sales are prohibited. Note: non-perishable individually prepackaged food items can be given as giveaway items (with necessary approval)
  5. Each RCO boothing will receive 1 six-foot table and 2 chairs.
  6. Additional tables and chairs will NOT be provided and RCOs are NOT approved to bring additional tables and chairs. Also, canopies and weights will NOT be provided.
  7. RCOs that register and stay for the entire duration of Celebrate UCI will be entered in a $100 giveaway for your RCO!
  8. RCOs that register but do NOT attend without advance notice will be placed on PROBATION for tabling at Anteater Involvement Fair 2025.
